Mistral, tempest, lightning, unoccupied, full mail box, damage,
vandalism, leaks,..... we are there to intervene in time.
Every time we visit your house we take care of :
- Visual control, inside and outdoor, on defects, leakages, calamities,…
- Visual control on damage due to storm, lightning, Mistral, vandalism, burglary or attempt to.When we notice burglary or attempt to, we contact the police and inform your insurer.
- We ventilate the house to avoid or limit mildew by condensation. We flush out the toilets and sinks to keep out nasty smells
- We control the consumption of electricity, water, gas to become aware of possible losses. This service avoids unexpected and sometimes very expensive charges for energy. We also write down the kilometres of your car(s).
- We check the safety-fuses and contact-breakers in order to localize defects. We also check radiators and faucets on possible leakages.
- We empty the letterbox, remove the redundant leaflets en send the official mail to your address. This keeps you informed about official payments to be done and avoids your letterbox to bulge out as proof of your absence.
- We control the state of the garden and check the fixing of the swimming pool-cover.
- We check the agenda the handymen/charwomen have to sign, on its exactitude.
- We control the functioning of the filtration of the swimming pool and adjust the time switch when needed.
How we work :
Together we agree on the number of visits wanted, this can change every month in function of the occupation of your house. The yearly price is based upon this number of visits. We never visit on the same days, this to avoid unwanted visitors to know our planning. Our agreements are done for periods of 6 months minimum.
Each visit we fill in a complete checklist on which we make all our remarks, after each visit you will receive our report and digital pictures.
If we detect damage and are able to repair or fix it in less than 2 hours we will proceed directly to prevent further damage and to save transport (unless otherwise agreed) For interventions of greater importance we need your approval before fixing it ourselves or board it out to professionals.
